Museum of Papermaking is housed in the Paper Factory in Konstancin-Jeziorna, located near Warsaw. Currently, the entire complex is closed due to revitalization of the facility. The Paper Factory in Jeziorna was one of the most important in the country. It was here that the paper for the signing of the Constitution of May 3rd was produced.
The project’s main goal was to present the more than 260-year history of this place, which has been forgotten in recent years. One of the oldest structures on the site is its historic chimney, which served as the main inspiration for the logo.
One of the projects developed for the identification was a newly rewritten publication from 1980, describing the history of the Factory in Jeziorna since the 18th century.
It features, among other things, photographs taken over the years, illustrations depicting the Factory’s owners, and graphics describing the paper-making processes.
